Nilo Duarte is a former NCAA Division I tennis student-athlete and business analytics professional with leadership experience across private racquet clubs, athlete performance consulting, and sports operations. He holds graduate training in Business Analytics along with degrees in Economics and Marketing. As Founder & Managing Partner, he leads strategy, capital initiatives, partnerships, and operational execution focused on building scalable racquet-sports facilities and community-driven experiences.

Jaime brings extensive executive leadership experience across business development, legal strategy, compliance, and corporate governance within high-growth and regulated industries.
